William B. Sawch
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

William B. Sawch, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, is responsible for managing the Legal Department, the Intellectual Property Department, and the Secretary's Office. Mr. Sawch is a member of the company's Management Executive Committee.

Sawch joined the company in 1982 as Corporate Attorney. He became Senior Corporate Attorney in 1985, and Vice President, Business Development in 1992. He assumed his current responsibilities in 1993. Previously, he was an attorney with Cummings & Lockwood in Connecticut as well as a management consultant with Andersen Consulting.

Mr. Sawch received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering in 1976 from Princeton University and his JD in 1980 from Georgetown University Law Center.
